From Undergrowth Records, who released this album in the UK: “Raining in Avon” an album of exquisite lo-fi swan songs... Wandering through the mud flats of Weston Super Mare and the cinema back lots of Bristol, this is an album of heartbreak and forgotten loners. If Townes van Zandt had lived to fight another day, this is the dreamy dusk he would have retreated to, waiting for the sun to rise over the discarded mattresses and bottles of Buckfast scattered across a seaside promenade.
